Jay graduated with a bachelor of physiotherapy from S.P University in 2011. He has since completed Post graduation diploma in health wellness & fitness program and Twist certified sport conditioning (Bronze level). He values the importance of ongoing education and has advanced his skills by taking Acupuncture Level 1 and Level 2 from Acupuncture Foundation of Canada, Dry Needling as well as Level 2 Manual Therapy Course from Canadian Orthopedic Division.
Jay’s special interest is treating Sports injuries, Whiplash Injuries , Shoulder Injuries as well as Chronic neck and low back pain. He is proficient in utilizing combination of different Manual Therapy techniques, Dry Needling, Exercise Prescripition as well as posture/movement retraining for his clients, so they can enjoy proactive lifestyle. He favours patient awareness and education in injury prevention as well as believes, “Movement is a medicine for creating change in a person’s physical, emotional and mental states”.
He enjoys biking, running , playing tennis and cricket in his leisure time.
